I've gone through the program 3 times increasing my speed by a half MPH each time. I started couch to 5k itunes this one, and I usually like listening to the british accent giving instructions couch to 5k itunes I run, but the music gets really annoying after awhile and the timing is off on a couple of the early workout episodes and this makes it harder for a beginner like me.
